Step 1: Choose a Product
Browse the Temply Studio shop and open the product page. Review the included files, software requirements, page size, compatibility notes, license information, and product images before purchasing.
Step 2: Add the Product to Your Cart
Select the product and add it to your cart. Review your order before proceeding to checkout.
Step 3: Complete Checkout
Enter an accurate email address and complete payment using an available checkout method. Your purchase email is important because it may be used for order confirmation, account access, and download delivery.
Step 4: Access the Download
After payment is confirmed, your files may be available from:
- The order confirmation page
- Your Temply Studio customer account
- An automated order or download email
Registered customers can visit My Account to review available downloads.
Step 5: Download and Save Your Files
Download the files to a secure location on your computer, tablet, or cloud storage. We recommend creating a backup copy so you can access the product later.
Step 6: Extract ZIP Files
If the download is a ZIP archive, extract it before trying to open the included files. On most computers, right-click the file and choose an extract or unzip option. Mobile devices may require a file-management app.
Step 7: Open the Instruction File
Some purchases include a PDF instruction document containing a Canva link, Google Drive link, product key, setup steps, or other access information. Open this document before assuming files are missing.
Step 8: Use Compatible Software
Open the files with the software listed on the product page. Examples may include Canva, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Excel, GoodNotes, Notability, Adobe applications, or WordPress.
Step 9: Make a Copy Before Editing
For editable templates, save a duplicate before making major changes. This preserves a clean original that can be reused if needed.
Step 10: Review the License
Use the product only within the permitted license. Purchasing a digital product does not normally allow sharing, reselling, redistributing, or offering the original files as a free download.
Common Download Issues
The email has not arrived
Check spam, junk, and promotions folders. Then sign in to your account and review available downloads.
The download link does not work
Try another browser, temporarily disable download blockers, or sign in again. Confirm that the order payment is complete.
The file will not open
Make sure the file has been fully downloaded and extracted. Confirm that you are using compatible software and that the application is updated.
I received a PDF instead of the template
The PDF may contain the access link and setup instructions for the editable template. Open it and follow the included steps.
