These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Temply Studio and your purchase, download, or use of digital products available through templystudio.com. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Temply Studio
Temply Studio provides downloadable digital products, including planners, templates, resume and CV designs, creative assets, guides, and selected WordPress-related products. Product features, included files, compatibility requirements, and permitted uses are described on each product page.
2. Digital Products
All products are delivered digitally unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No physical item will be shipped. Customers are responsible for confirming that they have compatible software, devices, accounts, and technical skills before purchasing.
3. Accounts and Order Information
You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout applies to the transaction. Any applicable taxes, currency conversion charges, or payment-provider fees may be added during checkout. Orders are considered complete only after payment is successfully processed.
5. Download Access
Download access is normally provided after successful payment. Delivery may occur through the order confirmation page, customer account, or an automated email. Temporary delays may occur because of payment review, incorrect contact information, technical maintenance, or third-party service issues.
6. Licenses and Permitted Use
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the license shown on the product page and our applicable license policy. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, design, code, branding, or intellectual property.
WordPress products distributed under the GNU General Public License are also subject to the separate Legacy WordPress GPL Information.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website or products to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent ownership, or interfere with the website’s operation. Unless expressly permitted by a product-specific license, you may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, or give away the original source files.
8. Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to the Digital Product Refund Policy. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund eligibility may depend on download status, duplicate payment, technical defects, non-delivery, or other circumstances described in that policy.
9. Product Support
Support covers reasonable assistance with file access, download issues, and product usage as described on the relevant product page. Support does not automatically include custom design work, installation services, third-party software training, hosting administration, or compatibility work unless specifically included.
10. Third-Party Products and Services
Some products may require third-party tools such as Canva, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, GoodNotes, Notability, Adobe software, WordPress, or third-party plugins. Temply Studio does not control those services and is not responsible for their pricing, availability, updates, policies, or future compatibility.
11. Intellectual Property
The Temply Studio name, website content, product previews, graphics, text, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation may result in suspension of access and other available remedies.
12. Disclaimer
Digital products are provided on an “as available” basis. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions and functioning files, but we do not guarantee that every product will meet every individual purpose, workflow, device, platform, or third-party software configuration.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temply Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when our products, services, legal obligations, or business practices change. The revised version will apply from the date shown at the top of this page.
15. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the Contact page.
