What this page helps you do
This is a practical guide to privacy-rights requests. It supplements the Temply Studio Privacy Policy and does not replace legal advice.

See what access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and consent withdrawal may mean.
02

Learn which account, order, marketplace, date, and contact details can help identify the relevant records.
03
Know what happens next
Understand identity checks, possible follow-up questions, response timing, lawful limits, and complaint options.
Your GDPR privacy rights
The rights below may apply when the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, or related data-protection rules cover the processing. They are not absolute in every situation.
Access and information
Ask whether eligible personal information is held, how it is used, and request a copy where the legal conditions apply.
Correction and restriction
Request correction of inaccurate information or limitation of certain processing while a concern is reviewed.
Deletion
Request erasure of eligible information when it is no longer needed or lacks a lawful reason for continued retention.
Portability, objection, and consent
Request eligible data in a machine-readable format, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
Important: A right may be limited where disclosure affects another person, identity cannot be verified, or records must be retained for transaction, accounting, security, dispute, or legal reasons.
How to submit a personal-data request
1. Contact the correct inbox
Email hello@templystudio.com with the subject Privacy Rights Request. For an Etsy order, Etsy Messages can help keep the request connected to the marketplace record.
2. Identify the relevant interaction
Include the email used for the account or order, purchase channel, order number when available, and approximate date.
3. State the right and scope
Explain whether you are requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal, and identify the records involved.
4. Complete reasonable verification
Temply Studio may ask for information already connected with the account, order, or interaction to reduce the risk of unauthorized disclosure.
Request checklist
- Full name
- Current contact email

- Website or Etsy
- Order number or product name

Response timing
Where the GDPR applies, organizations are generally expected to respond without undue delay and ordinarily within one month of receiving a valid request. A permitted extension may apply for complex or multiple requests.
Identity protection
Verification may involve an email address, order number, marketplace reference, or another detail already associated with the interaction. Only information reasonably needed for verification should be requested.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to use legal terminology?
No. Clearly explain what information or action you are requesting and identify the account, order, or interaction involved.
Can I request all information connected with an order?
You may request access to eligible personal information associated with an order. Disclosure may be limited where another person’s rights, confidential information, or a lawful exception is involved.
Will deleting an account remove every transaction record?
Not necessarily. Limited transaction, accounting, security, dispute, or legal records may still need to be retained.
Should I contact Temply Studio or Etsy?
For a website account or website order, contact Temply Studio directly. For an Etsy order, Etsy Messages is recommended because it keeps the request connected to the marketplace transaction.
Can I request an accessible response format?
Yes. State the preferred accessible or commonly used electronic format. Availability may depend on the type of information, source system, technical feasibility, and applicable requirements.
