Temply Studio sells downloadable digital products. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Digital purchases are generally final
Because digital files cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final. If a file is defective, missing, duplicated, or cannot be accessed, contact support so the issue can be reviewed under the policy for the platform where the order was placed.
Website purchases
Files purchased on templystudio.com are made available after successful payment through the delivery method shown at checkout, such as an email download link or the customer account area.
To request help with a website order, email support@templystudio.com and include your order number, the email used for the purchase, a description of the issue, and screenshots when helpful.
Requests are reviewed individually using the product description, checkout terms, delivery status, and the circumstances of the order. This policy does not promise a refund for every request or a fixed response or processing time.
Issues that may be reviewed
- A duplicate purchase of the same product
- A missing or inaccessible download caused by an order or delivery error
- A corrupted file that cannot be opened as described
- A product that is materially different from the verified description on its product page
Compatibility and change-of-mind requests
Before purchasing, review the listed file formats, software requirements, account requirements, and compatibility notes. A change of mind or use of unsupported software does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Etsy purchases
Orders placed through the Templystudios Etsy shop are governed by the item details and policies shown on Etsy. Contact Temply Studio through Etsy Messages so the order can be reviewed within the correct marketplace record. Website and Etsy policies should not be treated as interchangeable.
No physical returns
Current Temply Studio products are digital downloads, so there is no physical product to mail back.
