1. Customized Products

Customized products include bespoke Canva templates, personalized branding kits, tailored digital planners, or custom website design packages.

Process:

• Customers may request customized products via our website or by submitting a custom order request.

• Once purchased, we will create and deliver your customized product to the email address you provide, or directly via the agreed platform.

• For website and branding projects, we will provide a PDF or digital mock-up for review before final delivery.

Refund Policy for Customized Products:

• Due to the personalized nature of customized products, refunds are not available if you change your mind after the work has begun.

• Refunds are only provided if the product is not delivered as agreed or is demonstrably faulty.

• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Non-Customized Products & Digital Downloads

Non-customized products include GPL WordPress plugins and themes, resume templates, ready-made Canva templates, and digital planners.

Delivery:

• All non-customized products are delivered digitally and automatically upon successful payment.

• Files will be accessible immediately via a download link or email.

Refund Policy for Non-Customized Products:

• Because delivery is instant, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

• Refunds are only available if the product is faulty (e.g., corrupted or incomplete files).

• Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before checkout.

Usage Rights:

• GPL products may be used, modified, and redistributed under GPL terms.

• Non-GPL products (e.g., resume templates, planners, Canva designs) may be used for personal or business purposes but may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own without substantial modification.

4. Faulty Goods

• If you believe a product is faulty, contact us immediately at support@templystudio.com with details of the issue and, if possible, supporting evidence such as screenshots.

• For GPL products, “faulty” means the file is corrupted or incomplete — not that it lacks official developer updates or support.

• If confirmed faulty, we will provide a replacement file or a refund.

• All prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice.

• Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as PayPal or Stripe.

• In the event of a pricing error:
